Celebrating 1,000 Alumni
Each May, we gather to celebrate the completion of our Fellows nine-month experience and two-year Residency through our annual Commissioning Ceremony. It is a meaningful opportunity to reflect on the ways our students have grown spiritually, intellectually, and personally as they have chosen to lean into all God had for them during their time at Impact 360.
As we celebrate their transformation, we also send them out with purpose — commissioned to faithfully live out the Gospel and influence the world for Christ wherever God leads next.

Where are They Now: Alumni
Sean Morrison, Fellows Class of 2023
Sean Morrison, based in College Station, Texas, is living with kingdom influence by working in full-time ministry with Via Nations, a ministry focused on discipling and mobilizing college students to make Christ known among the nations.
Since Fellows, he has seen himself grow in a deeper understanding of God’s holiness, glory, and majesty through Scripture. “I have seen Him sanctify me as I invite others to follow me as I follow Christ,” he said.
Coming from a family that did not know Jesus, Sean’s story is a powerful picture of multiplying discipleship. After being discipled by Ben Anderson (Fellows Class 15), Sean attended Fellows, and now his younger brother has also commissioned as a part of Class 20.
Sean shared, “It has been awesome seeing Impact’s model of disciples making disciples lived out, starting with Ben and now sending ripples into my own family!”
Sean’s encouragement to current students and young adults is to commit to a Bible-preaching, Gospel-centered local church, stay rooted in Scripture, and become a lifelong learner as you love others and make Christ known to the ends of the earth!

Program Highlight
The 3 Initiative Trip Experiences
The Three Initiative is a three-year post-Fellows experience designed to inspire and equip disciples who make disciples in their colleges and communities. Participants engage in bi-weekly coaching calls, retreats, and experiential discipleship trips each May.
In the first year, students travel to Houston to engage with local cultural communities and practice having spiritual conversations. The second trip takes students to Greece, where they explore the history of the early church and walk in the footsteps of Paul the Apostle. During the final trip experience, students travel to the United Kingdom, focusing on kingdom influence and the everyday faithfulness of Christian leaders.

Propel & Immersion
This summer, we’ll welcome over 250 high school students to camp! Join us in praying for our summer staff as they arrive and prepare to serve, and for each student traveling from around the world to encounter Jesus, grow in their faith, and be equipped to live out their calling.
