In this edition, you’ll learn about the Fellows trip to Washington D.C., be inspired by an alumna who is serving in her local community, and hear about our new Ministry Leader Collective. Washington D.C. Kingdom Influence Trip
D
uring their time in Washington, D.C., Fellows stepped into a powerful week of learning and exploration, discovering what it means to live with Spirit-empowered influence. They met with Senator Lankford (OK), toured the Capitol, and spent time with a local church.
Along the way, they explored historic sites and museums, drawing inspiration from those who have faithfully followed God’s call. The Fellows left encouraged and equipped to pursue their own God-honoring influence wherever they go.
“We must exercise our God-given influence with humility by serving others first, whatever our calling or place of work.” – Josías Castro
Where are They Now: Alumni
Ann Hollis Jobe, Residency Class of 2025
Ann Hollis Jobe is an alumna of the Impact 360 Residency program, where she worked alongside Fellows and graduated with a Masters in Leadership. She is now faithfully serving the Lord in Birmingham, AL as the International and National Serve Team Coordinator at a local non-profit.
During her time in Residency, Ann Hollis saw her confidence in leadership grow as shestepped into her unique giftings and passions for God’s glory. Her desire is to live with Kingdom influence regardless of the position or environment.
“As a coworker, I want to live above reproach as I seek to honor, love, and respect our non-profit’s leadership. As the wife of a seminary student, I want to encourage and bless my husband as he labors in school. As a soon-to-be mother, I want to pray daily for our child, that he or she would know the one, true God and live for Him.”
Program Highlight
Commissioning the Ministry Leader Collective

We recently celebrated the completion of the first cohort of the Ministry Leader Collective with a powerful final day together. Ten ministry leaders shared the discipleship plans they had developed over the course of the experience, each one reflecting a clear definition of a disciple, intentional pathways for discipleship, and a compelling vision for where they are leading their students. More than just building plans, these leaders recaptured a deeper vision for ministry—moving from being event planners to disciple makers.
It was encouraging to see the clarity, conviction, and renewed purpose that emerged through this cohort. We concluded our time with celebration, prayer, worship, and a commissioning to go, make, and multiply disciples.

Fellows spent time in scripture and learning what it looks like to live as Biblical men and women in today’s culture with conviction and courage.
“As we take on new roles in life, whether it’s in our careers, friendships, marriages, or families, I pray we can carry with us a clear picture of what it means to be a man or woman of faith, one that reflects Christ’s character.” – Jacob Hadden
