Guest Experience Specialist

Impact 360 Institute
Provides quality experiences and connection for guests, students, parents, team members, and ministry partners by coordinating Impact 360 Institute events, hospitality for guests, and lead caring and meaningful on-campus [and off-campus] experiences. Collaborate with all departments in order to provide quality experiences to all that interact with Impact 360 Institute.

Educational Specialist

Impact 360 Fellows
Support execution of the academic programming for Impact 360 Institute’s Fellows experience. Assist in building and improving a rigorous, supportive academic environment that focuses on biblical worldview, leadership, and vocation, through academic mentoring, relational discipleship, grading coursework as needed, active-learning facilitation, and assisting with service team. Train Graduate Assistants in academic support roles.

Associate Director, Selection and Enrollment

Impact 360 Institute
The Associate Director of Selection and Enrollment will lead in recruiting, selecting, and enrolling students who are the best representation of Impact 360 Institute. They will actively seek to fulfill the organizational purpose, mission, and values of Impact 360 Institute in everything they do.

Graduate Assistant

Impact 360 Masters
Assist Fellows team toward overall strategic objectives while gaining hands-on practice in student ministry, biblical worldview, and spiritual formation through mentoring and relational discipleship, grading student coursework, leadership coaching, and residence life. This role directly serves Impact 360 Institute’s mission by helping to equip Fellows students to become leaders who follow Jesus. Because of the nature of the Graduate Assistant’s responsibilities, this position provides excellent preparation for vocations in higher education, student ministry, residence life, and campus ministry. It complements the graduate student’s coursework and other aspects of his or her educational program. Graduate Assistants should expect to spend 20-25 hours per week on their assistantship.
