Impact 360 Masters
Assist Fellows team toward overall strategic objectives while gaining hands-on practice in
student ministry, biblical worldview and spiritual formation through mentoring and relational
discipleship, grading student coursework, leadership coaching, and residence life. This role
directly serves Impact 360 Institute’s mission by helping to equip Fellows students to
become leaders who follow Jesus.
Because of the nature of the Graduate Assistant’s responsibilities, this position provides
excellent preparation for vocations in higher education, student ministry, residence life, and
campus ministry. It complements the graduate student’s coursework and other aspects of
his or her educational program. Graduate Assistants should expect to spend 20-25 hours
per week on their assistantship.
