Learning Community Coordinator

Impact 360 Fellows
Lead, facilitate, and engage in all program components involving the spiritual and character formation of all Fellows students, including intentional discipleship, restorative discipline, student counseling and advising, and experiential learning modules. Cultivate a holistic learning and living community that encourages students to flourish spiritually, emotionally, and intellectually in their Christian faith.

Student Discipleship Resident

Impact 360 Residency
Assist Fellows team with biblical worldview and spiritual formation through mentoring and relational discipleship, grading student coursework, leadership coaching, and residence life. This role directly serves Impact 360 Institute’s mission by helping to equip Fellows students to become leaders who follow Jesus.

Human Resources Director

Impact 360 Institute
Provide the overall leadership and management of human resources required for the successful recruiting, development, and retention of team members and students for Impact 360. A member of the Impact 360 Leadership Team this role includes participation in strategic planning, policy decisions, function process representation, goal alignment and responsibility for fulfillment of the organization’s purpose.

Facilities Assistant

Part Time
Assist in creating a safe, engaging learning environment by maintaining cleanliness, functionality, order, and aesthetic appeal of the campus facilities.
