At Impact 360 Institute, we’ve spent the past decade listening to them, learning from them, and walking alongside them. Through our partnership with Barna Group and our own discipleship experiences on campus, we’ve seen firsthand what makes this generation tick.

They’re growing up in a culture that often tells them to “live your truth” and “follow your heart,” but those messages aren’t delivering the peace and purpose they promise. Instead, many students are quietly wrestling with anxiety, loneliness, and spiritual confusion.

That’s why the work of discipleship matters more than ever.

At Impact 360 Institute, we teach them how to ask good questions, how to think deeply about what they believe, and how to engage in meaningful conversations with people who see the world differently.

This kind of formation doesn’t just happen in a classroom. It happens in community. It happens through mentorship and disciplers. And it happens when students are invited into a bigger story. God’s story.
