As an Impact 360 Fellow, service is close to your heart. You have a growing desire to serve those around you and love other’s to experience the love of Jesus through service. Christ came not to be served, but to serve the world. Just as God set this example, so we seek to serve those around us. We believe that one of the best ways to really come to know the living God is to serve whole-heartily and see God work in and through you.

Practically, Fellows serve daily on campus in a variety of different roles. Each week Fellows go into the community to serve locally in a service opportunity. Our international immersion experience is a servant leadership focused time where you get to serve in many different areas.

Impact 360 Fellows is an accredited, 9-month experience for high school graduates built on three core areas: biblical worldview, servant leadership, and intentional discipleship. Invest nine months deepening your relationship with God, building authentic biblical community, and discerning your vocational calling. By combining world-class leadership training from Chick-fil-A® Inc. and a one-month international ministry immersion with university-level academics—offering foundational college credit through SACS-accredited Union University—Fellows join a network of over 1,000 alumni commissioned over the past 20 years, deeply rooted in truth and confidently sent to live with Spirit-empowered influence.
