Andre’ Kennebrew has become known for two things. First, Andre’ has a unique ability to recruit and select top talent for Chick-fil-A. Second, Andre’ is a great developer of young talent.

Andre’ currently serves as the Director of Relationships for Lifeshape. Previously, Andre’ spent over 14 years with Chick-fil-A. For 11 of those years, he selected franchise operators and Chick-fil-A support center staff. He estimates that he has conducted over 7,500 interviews in his career.

Before joining Chick-fil-A in 2006, Andre’ served as the Administrative Pastor at Mount Moriah Baptist Church of Tucker, GA. Andre’s career also includes 15 years at First Union National Bank (now Wells Fargo) as a Vice-President in the retail banking division where he supervised branch banking locations in the Atlanta market.

Andre’ is a graduate of Davidson College where he was a three-year starter and letterman in football. Andre’ also earned a Masters of Ministry from Luther Rice Seminary.

Andre’ was recently named as the Chairman of the Point University Trustee Board. He also serves as a board member with Walk Thru the Bible and serves as an advisor to several non-profit organizations. He serves as a Chaplain for the Tucker High football team in Tucker, GA. His passions include providing career coaching for millennials and spending time with his family. He affectionately called “Coach Kennebrew”. Andre’ is a highly sought-after mentor for Millennials and Gen Z.

Andre was raised in Columbus, GA and now resides in Atlanta with his wife of 32 years, Donna. They have two grown children, Holden and Kristen
