It’s here. It’s FINALLY here! Tuesday the newest class of Impact 360 students descended on the small town of Pine Mountain, Georgia. With U-Haul’s in tow, boxes in hand and even a pink moped charged and ready to go, 41 students received the keys to their new dorm rooms.

This is a class full of go-getters. Hours, and even days, before the official check-in process began the class of 2015 was standing outside their locked doors Instagramming pictures of their new home. Luckily, the students were met with just as much enthusiasm by the staff. Hannah Angel, Impact 360’s Enrollment Specialist, introduced each of the 41 students by name and where they were from without the use of any notes! Quite the task, as this class represents 18 states as well as Brazil.

A famous quote says “Life begins where your comfort zone ends.” There is no doubt that the next nine months will be filled with opportunities for the students to step out of their comfort zones and into the very reason God brought them to Impact 360. As families shuffled boxes in and out of rooms, parents kissed their students goodbye and new friendships started forming, Impact 360’s campus came to life with a sense of electric anticipation. There was hope for what the next nine months at Impact 360 hold. There was excitement for the memories and deep friendships that will be formed. It is the beginning of something bigger than any of us can even imagine, because our God is one of doing immeasurably more than we can ask or imagine (Ephesians 3:20). Tuesday was the beginning of an incredible adventure.

I honestly can’t believe it has already been four years since my move-in day to Impact 360. Sometimes it feels like it was just yesterday, and at other times it feels an eternity has passed. I remember being nervous, excited and uncertain all at the same time. What I didn’t know at that time was that the next nine months would change my life forever. I didn’t know that I would walk out of Room 20 at the end of the year with a completely different view on life, who I am, and most importantly who God is.

Impact 360 Class of 2015, let the adventure begin.
