Scope of Position

Support Impact 360 Institute’s marketing and communications ongoing initiatives that connects with the graduate educational program to increase brand awareness, communications, enhance student recruitment and promote the various program offerings, and support the development of content. This role directly serves Impact 360 Institute’s mission by helping to equip students to become leaders who follow Jesus.

Job Responsibilities

1. Assist in creating and implementing marketing and communications campaigns. Update content based on the annual campaign calendar.

2. Assist with creating content for Impact 360 Institute’s communication channels.

3. Participate in 1:1 student discipleship with one Fellows students.

4. Assist with the on-campus and marketing recruiting events.

5. Provide marketing and communications support during off-campus learning events as needed.

6. Participate and engage in regular development content with organizational leadership cohort.

7. Assist in creating various content and copywriting projects. 8. Coach and equip the Fellows Communications Team.

9. Identify and work toward the completion of an organizational improvement project.

10. Attend regular Marketing and Communications Team meetings.

Requirements

1. An evangelical believer practicing an active faith in a New Testament-based denomination and is in unreserved agreement with the Institute’s Statement of Faith and Biblical Conduct and Lifestyle Standards. Must support the vision, values, philosophy, and community standards of Impact 360 Institute.

2. Graduate student enrolled in an approved Impact 360 Institute campus graduate program.

3. Strong communication skills, including one-on-one conversations, small group facilitation, public speaking, and writing in a manner consistent with our organizational purpose and beliefs.

4. Work an average of 25 hours/weekly with possible overtime during busy seasons.

5. Required to live on the Impact 360 Institute campus.

6. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to handle stressful situations with poise.

7. Demonstrated ability to work effectively with a team as a team player and a team builder.

8. Demonstrated capacity for patience, approachability, and dependability.
