This weekend the students of impact 360 served the Pine Mountain community by participating in the class’s first service learning project. We spent the morning cleaning and clearing brush from a tornado stricken camp ground. The rain held off long enough for a great amount of work to be completed. The community of the class was made stronger by working together for a common goal and purpose. Qualities of students that were not as evident in the classroom, were brought to light in this working environment. The servant and hardworking hearts of our class were evident. The task we completed over the weekend is a stepping stone toward Christ like community.
