This week has been crazy busy in a good way! We have all been preparing to set out on our month long trip to Brazil. Throughout the week we have been practicing our drama, learning songs in Portuguese, and packing our bag! This will be an amazing experience for the whole class.
The drama we will be doing while there is more like a human video to the song Bleeding Out by Imagine Dragons, which is one of the most popular songs currently in Brazil. The drama can be viewed on Impact 360’s Facebook page.
It has been a blast getting to learn some Portuguese songs as well as common need to know words. We have been learning Revelation Song, Sweetly Broken, Jesus Son of God and Cornerstone. Having the opportunity to worship God in multiple languages is a very cool experience that we are excited to get to do in Brazil.
Throughout the chaos of the week, we were given time each day to prepare our hearts. This time was used to read our Bible, have a devotion, or simply just be with the Lord. It was a part of our day that gave us clarity and peace. This time for some students was really eye opening as testimonies have been tough to write. The Lord is moving in each of us, and it is amazing to be a part of this journey.
