Program Overview

Impact 360 Residency equips a small cohort of leaders to live, learn, and grow with us for two years. These young professionals launch into their calling with a Masters in Leadership*, a deepened biblical worldview, a foundation of servant leadership, and a heart to serve, no matter their specific calling.

*Master’s degree offered in relationship with North Greenville University. NGU is accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges.

 

Residency Tracks

  1. Organizational Leadership Residency (No Spaces Available)
    1. Apply your leadership in the context of leading within an organization.
  2. Student Discipleship Residency (Eight Spaces Available)
    1. Disciple students and support the spiritual and leadership development of the next generation as a team member of Impact 360 Fellows.
Prerequisites For Master of Arts in Leadership

All Impact 360 Residents are graduate students of North Greenville University. Students applying for the Master of Arts in Leadership must meet the following qualifications:

  1. An actively growing relationship with Christ
  2. Leadership experience
  3. Teachability and desire to grow in your faith and as a leader
  4. Academic Requirements:
    • Completed bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited college or university with a minimum overall GPA of 3.0
    • Proficiency in biblical studies and theology at an undergraduate level

Proficiency in biblical studies is determined by:

  • Undergraduate course work with a minimum passing grade of “B” in each of the following courses:
    • Old Testament (intro level)
    • New Testament (intro level)
    • 6 credit hours (or equivalent) of theology courses – covering the doctrine of God, hamartiology, Christology, pneumatology, and biblical anthropology.

Application Steps

Begin with the online portion of your application. During this process, we will request a copy of your undergraduate transcript. Acceptance to Impact 360 Residency is contingent on completing both the Impact 360 application and the NGU application for admission to the graduate school. An enrollment counselor will contact you once you begin your application to support you along the way.
Selected Residency applicants will be invited to do a phone interview and then considered for a final, on-campus interview.
After a final, on-campus interview with Impact 360 Institute, all applications are sent to North Greenville University's School of Graduate Studies for formal admission into the graduate school and the Master’s in Leadership program.
Congratulations! You are now an Impact 360 Resident and a graduate student at North Greenville University. Your notification of acceptance will come in the form of a mailed letter.
Application Details

Spring 2024 Residency applications should be submitted by February 3rd, 2024 for interview consideration.

The Impact 360 Residency application is fully online, there is a $40 application fee that will be taken at the end of your application. You may save your application at any time and can pick back up where you left off.
