Summer Information

Day 1

Campers kicked off their first day at Propel with energy and excitement! The afternoon began with the highly anticipated Color Team Reveal, followed by a group photo to capture the moment. Afterward, everyone gathered for a Welcome to Propel session to set the tone for the week. Campers enjoyed dinner together before diving into a powerful night of worship and a session led by Jonathan Morrow, designed to inspire and challenge them. The evening wrapped up with small group time, where students began forming meaningful connections, and a fun ice cream party and get-to-know-you game to end the day on a sweet note.

Day 2

Campers kicked off the day with breakfast and personal devotions, then jumped into a full schedule with worship and powerful sessions led by Brett Kunkle and Jonathan Morrow, focusing on worldviews and cultural engagement. They also discussed what it looks like to follow Jesus in a world shaped by our phones. In the afternoon they took part in Leadership Challenges, which are activities designed to help students learn how to communicate well with others to achieve the same goal. The evening continued with more worship, followed by time reflecting on the day with their small group. The day wrapped up with a fun late night Mission Impossible activity, a creative spin on helping the students get to know one another and our campus by solving clues and collecting tokens for their team. There was a lot of laughter and fun had by all!

Day 3

What a day! Campers began with time in God’s Word before diving into a powerful session with Dr. Kathy Koch, who spoke about how our true identity is found in Christ—and how understanding that shapes the way we live with purpose. After lunch, Dr. Katie McCoy led today’s first session and guided students in how to respond with compassion and clarity to the transgender revolution, grounded in biblical truth. The afternoon was full of fun and teamwork during Color Team Challenges on the field. In the evening, students gathered for worship and a session where we explored compelling evidence for the existence of God—a powerful time of strengthening their faith. The night came to a close with an exciting game of Tank, which is an epic twist on dodgeball—blindfolded and glow-in-the-dark!

Day 4

Today was packed with meaningful teaching, laughter, and glowing fun! Today’s first session was with Jonathan Morrow who talked about the historical reliability of the Bible—why it’s true and how we can confidently believe it. After lunch, Christian walked students through the Discipleship Square, showing how Jesus modeled spiritual growth and multiplication. The afternoon brought more friendly competition as Color Teams worked on their team chants and then took part in leadership challenges. Campers cooled off with an unforgettable EXTREME Dinner—where campers had to eat with hilarious limitations (think: blindfolds, no hands, or needing a friend to help navigate the café). The night continued with worship, another powerful session with Jonathan, small groups, and a final round of glow-in-the-dark dodgeball!

Day 5

Somehow it is already day five of Propel, but campers aren’t done learning and having fun yet! Benji lead the students in a powerful session that really pushed them to step deeper in their faithIn the afternoon campers headed back to the field to participate in Color Team leadership challenges! If a team leader senses their group isn’t being challenged enough, some strange and magical twists might appear. These surprises are designed to raise the difficulty—like completing the challenge without speaking, or having only one person allowed to talk while the rest learn to listen and follow. After campers enjoyed dinner and free time they headed to the highly anticipated Water Night—complete with inflatables, water slides, volleyball, and Spikeball! The day wrapped with small groups and great conversations.

Day 6

The last full day of Propel was one to remember. Campers started with devos and worship, followed by two powerful sessions with Jerrod Gunter, who challenged them to live boldly for Christ. The afternoon brought one final round of Color Team Challenges and sharing their team chant! That evening, students gathered for a final time of worship, then joined together for Celebration Night—a special time of popcorn, encouragement, and powerful verbal affirmations shared with every camper. The night ended with meaningful manhood and womanhood activities, marking the close of an unforgettable week of growth, truth, and community.

Meet the Team
Policies

TECHNOLOGY POLICIES

Q: WHAT IS THE CELLPHONE POLICY?

A: The wise use of technology is a good thing, and we will be using technology in our classrooms as we learn together (we will provide what is needed). However, in order to limit distractions and encourage community, focus, and learning, cellphone use will be prohibited for the duration of Propel. Students will be able to use their cellphones upon arrival at the airport/arrival on Impact 360 Institute campus. Cellphones will then be turned-off, collected, and placed in a locked cabinet after parents have been notified of their student’s safe arrival at Impact 360.

We ask that parents/guardians give their students space to learn and grow themselves by honoring our request to only contact their students in the case of emergencies or during designated times. In our experience working with high school and college students we have found that times of disconnecting from cellphones and other technology provides a great opportunity to reflect, grow, and connect with new friends. If you want to regularly keep in touch with your student, we encourage you to do so through mail!

If for some reason parents/guardians need to communicate with their students, they can do so by emailing [email protected] or calling 706-457-4124.

EMERGENCY POLICY

Q: WHAT HAPPENS IN THE EVENT OF AN EMERGENCY?

A: In the case of any emergency

  • Appropriate legal authorities will be contacted immediately
  • Our program coordinator and director will be notified as soon as possible
  • Students will be notified, and regularly updated as is appropriate
  • Parents will be notified, and regularly updated as soon as possible

Q: WHAT IS THE POLICY FOR TORNADOES AND OTHER DANGEROUS WEATHER?

A: Impact 360 Institute is equipped with a large storm shelter with plenty of space for all of those staying overnight on campus. In the case of dangerous weather, parents will be notified and able to reach our full-time team.

DATING RELATIONSHIPS / SEXUAL ACTIVITY POLICY

Q: CAN STUDENTS DATE ONE ANOTHER AT IMPACT 360 PROPEL?

A: We expect all students to be as inclusive as possible during their time at Impact 360 Propel. Young dating couples who attend Propel together will not display affection physically, draw unnecessary attention to their relationship, or spend time together one-on-one.

Students who meet one another at Impact 360 Propel are not permitted to enter into a dating relationship. We will encourage any young couple considering dating a friend they meet at Impact 360 Propel to talk with their parents/guardians before making such commitments.

Additionally, students will not engage in any sexual activity during their Impact 360 Propel experience. Students who engage in sexual activity will immediately have their parents/guardians contacted via phone by someone on our team.
