As the year winds down, Chick-fil-A throws a Christmas party for all its corporate employees and their families. As students of IMPACT360, we are all invited and always have a booth open to share about our program. At the party, it was nice to be able to mingle and meet members of the Chick-fil-A community. The heads of this community, the Cathy family, welcomed everyone to the party with a firm handshake and a smile. Seeing the Cathy’s interact with all their guests spoke volumes to me as to where their values lie. Chick-fil-A has always emphasized and valued relationships and people. Clearly, this is a trait the Cathy’s infused into their business from day one. I’m personally honored to be invited to share in the Christmas festivities and am grateful for all they do.
