Pursue a Graduate Level Education

Earn an M.A. in Leadership

Pursue a graduate-level education and earn your M.A. in Leadership from North Greenville University. Two concentrations are available:

  • Spiritual Formation
  • Servant Leadership

Take classes covering topics such as:

  • Biblical Worldview
  • Ethics
  • Theology of Christian Living
  • Biblical Foundations of Leadership
  • Emotional Intelligence
  • Cross-Cultural Leadership

Impact 360 Institute deeply invests in each Resident. The only costs associated with the experience are tuition and books for the master’s degree. The total cost of the program will not exceed $11,000 for the entire 36 credit hour M.A. in Leadership.

Propel your future career and vocation as a paid staff member

For two years, apply your studies to meaningful work as a member of the Impact 360 Institute team. Residents are professionally developed through the work they do and mentored through vocational and spiritual coaching.

  • Student Discipleship: Disciple students and support the spiritual and leadership development of the next generation as a team member of Impact 360 Fellows. Help lead the international experiences and facilitate ongoing discipleship of college students.
  • Organizational Leadership: Grow as an organizational leader through copywriting, campaign planning, culture building, and events. Apply your studies in the context of leading within an organization on our Marketing and Communications and Talent Stewardship teams. Become prepared to lead in a non-profit organization by gaining applied experience.

Experience Community with Like-Minded Believers

All Residents live on campus in remarkable private housing (cottages and apartments) with in-unit laundry, a kitchen, living room, bedroom, and bathroom. Furnishings are provided. Residents also enjoy daily meals served on campus.

No matter your major or career goals, the Residency has a place for you. Currently, the Residency is made up of students with backgrounds in political science, theatre, engineering, marketing, philosophy, psychology, and ministry. Residency alumni have launched into vocations in the mission field, higher education, management and administration, and the local church. You will be sharpened by a diverse group of peers who are united by their shared love for Christ and a desire to lead his people with a servant’s heart.

Background and Experience
John is an accomplished leader in the higher education industry, having held faculty and administrative leadership roles in Washington, D.C., Columbia, SC., as well as having served his alma mater, Erskine College (SC), as Provost and Associate Professor of Philosophy & Ethics. As one of the founding team members for the Impact 360 Institute, John has served the Institute in various capacities since its beginning in 2006. He is presently the Director of Impact 360  Masters (impact360.org)—an academically rigorous and innovative graduate leadership program affiliated with Lifeshape Foundation and Chick-fil-A, Inc.
In addition to his experience in higher education, John is a certified executive coach and practitioner of coaching assessments including the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator®, the Strong Interest Inventory®, the Gallup-Clifton Strengthsfinder®, the EQ-i 2.0® (emotional intelligence), and Big 5 Workplace®. His past coaching assignments include executives, owner-operators, and team members at Chick-fil-A, Inc. (Atlanta), Merrill-Lynch, MassMutual, Xerox, Charlotte Pipe and Foundry, Mantrain, and the Federal Reserve. One of John’s passions is to coach graduate students and young professionals in a process to identify their strengths and God-given callings early in their career.  He has coached students at institutions across the United States, including Dartmouth College, The College of William and Mary, Baylor University, and the University of Pennsylvania. In addition to his coaching assignments, John has consulted with Chick-fil-A Owner Operator Regional teams around the country on how to attract, retain, and develop millennial generation leaders in their businesses.

Associate Director, Marketing and Communications
Kyle Dennard has spent the last 12 years leading multiple faith-filled organizations through marketing and communications. Currently, Kyle oversees Marketing and Communications at Impact 360 Institute.
Kyle has recieved a B.S. in Sociology from Kennesaw State University, and M.A. in Executive Leadership from Liberty University.
He loves the outdoors, cooking, and playing acoustic music. In their free time, Kyle, and his wife Jill, and sons Sage and Theodore, love traveling and experiencing God's great world together.
