*Arrival: Sunday, June 16
Please arrive for check in no earlier than 2:00pm and no later than 3:00pm
*Departure: Saturday, June 22
Parents arrive at 10:15am, Students depart at 11:00am
*If your student will be flying to camp: Please note they must arrive to the Hartsfield/Jackson Airport in Atlanta, GA on Sunday, June 16 by 1:00 PM at the latest and depart from the Hartsfield/Jackson Airport no earlier than 2:00PM Saturday, June 22.
We will have a team waiting at the airport to shuttle them to our campus in Pine Mountain, GA. As you book their flight, please complete this form to ensure that our team is prepared for your student.
More detailed instructions will go out to all of our students flying as we get closer to camp.
We know that some students know someone coming to camp and they’d like to be roomed together. While our roommate process includes several variables to ensure the best camp experience for all students, you are able to submit a roommate request. We work to honor roommate requests to the best of our ability, but we cannot guarantee or promise that every request will be honored.
If your student has a roommate request, please complete this form no later than April 1, 2024.
Please ensure all parties involved submit a roommate request. Roommate requests only submitted by one party will not be honored. If you have multiple students coming, please fill out a separate form for each student.
