Impact 360 Residency is a 2-year graduate experience designed to equip young professionals in three core areas: biblical worldview, servant leadership, and intentional discipleship. Invest two years working on our staff team in either Organizational Leadership or Student Discipleship roles, deepening your relationship with God, building authentic community, and refining your vocational calling. By combining hands-on professional experience and mentorship with an accredited Master of Arts in Leadership from North Greenville University, Residents are commissioned deeply rooted in truth and confidently sent to live with Spirit-empowered influence in the marketplace, the Church, and culture.
