Know Jesus More Deeply. At Impact 360 Fellows, you won’t just learn about Scripture, you’ll learn to think deeply about why Christianity is true. Through biblical worldview training, you’ll discover how to see all of life “Coram Deo”, living before the face of God, in all areas of life.
Be Transformed in Your Character. You’ll live in a vibrant, Christ-centered community where real friendships challenge and shape you. Spiritual growth happens in the trenches, when you’re living with peers and leaders who are pursuing the same goal: to follow Jesus in everything.
Live with Spirit‑Empowered Influence. This nine-month experience includes purposeful domestic and international experiences like trips to Brazil or South Africa, Utah, and D.C., so you can build a heart for mission and lead with sacrificial love.

Earn College Credit. As a fully enrolled student at Union University, you gain 18 transferable credits through rigorous, faith-integrated courses.

Servant Leadership. Learn from Chick-fil-A®, giving you real-world frameworks for leadership, and apply servant leadership through service teams on and off campus.

Peak Experiences in Utah and Washington D.C. You’ll engage directly with worldviews different from your own, learning to articulate, defend, and live out your faith confidently with compassion and clarity.

Spiritual Rhythms: Engage in practicing spiritual rhythms every day and on retreat. You’ll learn to cultivate a lifestyle of following Jesus by embracing disciplines like silence, solitude, Scripture meditation, prayer, and Sabbath. These rhythms are not tasks to complete—they are invitations to intentionally remove obstacles to experiencing the presence of God and to live more fully in step with the Holy Spirit.

Discover God’s Design for Manhood and Womanhood: As a Fellow, you’ll step away for dedicated Biblical Manhood and Womanhood retreats—spaces of intentional teaching, reflection, and community that explore what it means to live as a man or woman rooted in God’s Word

Starting July 1, 2025, you can apply to join Class 21 (2026–2027). Applications are intentionally relational, from the online application to the phone interview to campus visits and interviews. International students have a deadline of November 1, 2025. (impact360institute.org)
