Impact 360 Masters is Designed to Help You Discover and Direct your Unique Leadership Calling.

Launch into your calling by receiving extensive training, mentoring, and hands-on experience. Earn your M.A. in Leadership as you grow in Spiritual Formation and Servant Leadership.

Do you have a desire to lead, disciple, and train the next generation? Do you want to live within the context of authentic community while also investing deeply in the lives of others? If so, Impact 360 Masters could be the right place for you.

Prerequisites

Students interested in applying for Impact 360 Fellows must meet the following qualifications:

  1. An actively growing relationship with Christ
  2. Leadership experience
  3. Teachability and desire to grow in your faith and as a leader
  4. Academic Requirements:
    • Completed bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited college or university with a minimum overall GPA of 3.0
    • Proficiency in biblical studies and theology at an undergraduate level

Proficiency in biblical studies is determined by:

  • Undergraduate course work with a minimum passing grade of “B” in each of the following courses:
    • Old Testament (intro level)
    • New Testament (intro level)
    • 6 credit hours (or equivalent) of theology courses – covering the doctrine of God, hamartiology, Christology, pneumatology, and biblical anthropology.

Application Steps

Start with the online portion of your application. We will request a copy of your undergraduate transcript.
Selected applicants will be invited to do a phone interview and then considered for a final on-campus interview.
Congratulations! You are accepted into Impact 360 Masters. Acceptance will come in the form of a mailed letter.
Arrive on campus for orientation and onboarding in early August 2022. Move into your new home and get settled in before the program begins.

The Impact 360 Masters application is fully online, there is a $40 application fee that will be taken at the end of your application. You may save your application at any time and can pick back up where you left off. Please contact [email protected] for assistance or questions.
