Description: Support Impact 360 Institute’s marketing and communications ongoing initiatives to increase brand awareness, clarify messaging, enhance student recruitment, support the development of content, and promote the various program offerings. This role directly serves Impact 360 Institute’s mission by helping to equip students to become leaders who follow Jesus.

Reports to: Associate Director, Marketing and Communications
 

Job Responsibilities:  

  1. Assist in creating and implementing marketing and communications campaigns. Update content based on the annual campaign calendar.  
  2. Assist with creating content for Impact 360 Institute’s communication channels.  
  3. Assist with administrative tasks. 
  4. Support the Guest Experience Specialist with campus events.  
  5. Provide marketing and communications support during off-campus learning events as needed. 
  6. Assist in the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of student recruitment strategies. 
  7. Assist in creating various content and copywriting projects. 
  8. Assist with marketing recruiting events.  

 

Requirements:   

  1. An evangelical believer practicing an active faith in a New Testament-based denomination and is in unreserved agreement with the Institute’s Statement of Faith and Biblical Conduct and Lifestyle Standards. Must support the vision, values, philosophy and community standards of Impact 360 Institute. 
  2. Graduate student enrolled in an approved graduate program on the Impact 360 Institute campus. 
  3. Strong communication skills including one-on-one conversations, small group facilitation, public speaking, and writing in a manner consistent with our organizational purpose and beliefs. 
  4. Required to live on the Impact 360 Institute campus. 
  5. Ability and willingness to travel out of the country for a month-long international trip with the undergraduate students and staff. 
  6. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to handle stressful situations with poise. 
  7. Demonstrated ability to work effectively with a team as a team player and a team builder. 
  8. Demonstrated capacity for patience, approachability, and dependability.
